Custom orders begin production almost immediately upon payment and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.

CURBSIDE FREIGHT SHIPPING : items ship assembled and fully crated for protection. Shipping time is an estimate only and Not a guarantee, 3-8 business days once it leaves our warehouse.
We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or exact time. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery time frame appointment M-F only.
We suggest having 2-3 extra helping hands available for delivery since the delivery driver will not bring the furniture piece/item(s) inside your home, upstairs, nor unwrap it, etc.

If you would like an INSIDE DELIVERY (white glove) quote, please be sure to request white glove delivery BEFORE placing a purchase order.

GUARANTEED SHIP DATE DELIVERY (UP-GRADE)
If you have a short dead line, customer must pay for guaranteed date delivery. Typically this rate is double the standard rate. (customer is required to request quote BEFORE placing a purchase order)

In the event an item gets returned to us as un-deliverable, shipping charges will be charged TO YOU BOTH WAYS and the cost of the item(s) will not be refunded (due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our work). In that event, we would be happy to ship it again, but buyer will incur additional shipping costs AGAIN.

Our item(s) typically ship via FedEx within 2 business day of payment receipt. Transit times vary between 1-7 business days, depending on location.

All furniture pieces ship FREIGHT, Curbside Delivery - this means it will not be brought inside your home.
However, at an additional cost If you would like an INSIDE DELIVERY (white glove) quote, please be sure to request "white glove" delivery BEFORE placing a purchase order.

This MUST be done BEFORE and not after Freight is in route.

Our crystal ball is broken therefore we do not know where you live. The address provided by you when purchase was placed, is used to ship your item(s).

CHANGING ADDRESS AFTER ORDER HAS SHIPPED - the shipper, NOT US, will charge a re-route fee. In turn, you, the customer, will be responsible for paying this additional fee which is usually $50-$100
